Stephen Lassiter co-leads federal affairs for Sunrun, advocating for solar, energy storage, tax, and trade policies before the U.S. Congress, Department of Energy, and other agencies. Stephen develops and executes Sunrun’s legislative, regulatory and political strategy in Nevada and leads policy work for Sunrun’s business development team in Southern California. Stephen has 10 years of experience in government relations with strong relationships in Congress and across state capitals and public service commissions.

Rani Murali is an EV-Grid Integration & Energy Services Project Management Analyst at Ford Motor Company, and brings her experience across the non-profit, government, and private sectors. Rani specializes in energy data analysis and greenhouse gas accounting from energy sources. She is committed to finding innovative cleantech solutions to decarbonize the energy and transportation sectors and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

David Fink is the Sustainability Policy Director for the Los Angeles Business Council (LABC). He has almost 20 years of experience in campaigns, organizing, and policy. For the last 14 years, his work has focused on climate change in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, clean transportation, and resilience. Prior to his work at the Los Angeles Business Council, David was the Director of Policy at Climate Resolve.
