SB 542 (Limón) SB 542 would provide two tax incentives for consumers who purchase a new medium- or heavy-duty zero-emission truck and would establish sales tax and DMV fee parity between medium- and heavy-duty (MHD) zero-emission trucks and their diesel or gasoline equivalent.
