This Senate Joint Resolution (SJR) would, among other things, formally endorse the call for a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, state California’s agreement with the principle of nonproliferation of fossil fuels, and urge the United States government to join in formally developing a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty.
