AB 427 (Bauer-Kahan) As amended, this bill sets a deadline by which the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), in consultation with the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), must establish a capacity value for customer side of the meter resources (solar/storage) for purposes of participating in the state’s electricity markets.
