AB 2944 (Petrie-Norris) Requires the Air Resources Board (ARB) to include an evaluation of how carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS) technologies are contributing to the state’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction goals in an annual report to the Legislature. STATUS: DEAD.
