The KB Properties’ 5% Back program is available to all KB Properties’ clients. Upon the closing of each real estate transaction, 5% of the KB Properties agent’s commission will be donated to the client’s favorite, local, non-profit organization.
The real estate transaction that generated their most recent donation came from a local family who also supports The Climate Center, chooses 100% renewable energy as an Evergreen customer of Sonoma Clean Power, and drives an electric vehicle.
“Like our client that chose The Climate Center as the beneficiary of this donation, we are both raising our children to volunteer and actively participate in our community,” said KB Properties real estate agent Chelsea Wiecek. “It felt right to incorporate that philosophy into our business. The 5% Back program allows us to regularly support valuable community projects like The Climate Center and lets our clients get in on the giving by naming the charity.”
