Assemblymember Matt Haney

Matt Haney earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 2005, a master’s degree in human rights law from the National University of Ireland at Galway in 2007, and a master’s degree in education and a J.D. from Stanford University in 2010. Haney’s career experience includes working as a tenant attorney, a lecturer and fellow with the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, and the national policy director of The Dream Corps.
