Michelle Levinson is Senior Manager with the World Resources Institute’s Polsky Center for the Global Energy Transition. She brings expertise in electricity and transportation decarbonization, regulatory policy, and project finance. Prior to joining WRI, Michelle was a consultant on transportation electrification projects at the Cadmus Group and worked in policy advocacy at the Natural Resources Defense Council and at NextGen Climate America. Michelle holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University and a dual Master’s Degree from the Goldman School of Public Policy and the Energy and Resources Group (ERG) at University of California, Berkeley.
