Presenters from the County Water Agency will address questions such as the following: How does Sonoma Clean Power work and what are its benefits and risks? Should cities form a joint powers authority for the proposed program? How is Marin Clean Energy doing, and does its track record indicate what might happen with Sonoma Clean Power?
