Signal Hill’s Hilltop Park attracts both tourists and neighbors to its lookout over all of Long Beach (of which Signal Hill is a neighborhood). Art in the park highlights Long Beach’s historical entanglements with oil production and features an active oil derrick that towers above visitors and nearby houses.
