NEW: CAISO Tour on June 4th

Before the CCA + DER Workshop on June 4th, we are offering a tour of the California Independent System Operator control center in Folsom. Come and see the facility where CAISO personnel manage the high-voltage transmission system and wholesale power market. The tour will leave from the Sheraton Hotel in Sacramento at 10:30 am.

  • If you are already registered for the symposium, you must register for this separately.
  • Upon arrival all visitors must provide CAISO security a valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Foreign visitors must submit their names and passport information 45 days in advance to CAISO.
  • Reservations are first come first served and must be made before close of business May 17th.
