Rachel McMahon is the Senior Manager, Public Policy at Sunrun. Rachel covers resource adequacy for clean resources, grid services, multiple use applications, storage in all grid domains, demand response with a focus on wholesale market participation, renewable energy (utility-scale and DG), climate policy, tariff design, and incentive program design. She worked for almost 6 years at the California Public Utilities Commission as a Senior Analyst on Market Structure and Design and also energy storage.
