Phillip is the Associate Director of Energy Programs at Peninsula Clean Energy, the community choice energy program for San Mateo County and the city of Los Banos. He oversees EV and EV charging programs, including an award-winning program that has installed over 1,500 chargers at local multi-family properties, and building electrification programs, including a new direct install option for residential customers that focuses on cost-effective and right-sized solutions.
