Connie Cho is an Associate Attorney at Communities for a Better Environment (CBE) and member of the Environmental Justice Advisory Committee for the 2022 Update to the AB 32 Climate Change Scoping Plan. She primarily supports the just transition campaign away from fossil fuels in Richmond as well as related statewide advocacy to coordinate the phasedown of oil refineries and to establish a robust fossil fuel worker and safety net fund. As a Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholar, she received her B.A. from Yale College and her M.Sc. in Gender, Policy, and Inequalities from the London School of Economics. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and first joined CBE as a Justice Catalyst Legal Fellow.
