SB 260 (Wiener, et al) The Climate Corporate Accountability Act. The bill would have required the Air Resources Board (ARB) to develop regulations requiring publicly traded corporations with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion that do business in California to publicly disclose their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and to set science-based emissions reduction targets.
