Carl is a Senior Scientist with Remote Sensing Systems in Santa Rosa, where he specializes in satellite-measured temperature data. Carl has served as a contributing author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the world’s foremost authority on global warming science. He is a member of two international working groups, the Global Climate Observing System Working Group on Atmospheric Reference Observations, and the WCRP Stratospheric Trends Working Group.
