- A plan that prioritizes clean public transit for all over road and highway expansions that increase emissions
- Greater emphasis on active mobility with increased funding for pedestrians and bicycling infrastructure and amenities that decrease emissions
- An accelerated climate target of net-negative emissions by 2030 for a Climate-Safe California.
