Jock has worked for The Climate Center in various capacities since 2017, and at present is the Policy Research Manager. Jocks holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy, with a concentration in climate change policy, from Johns Hopkins University. In 2020, Jock was selected as an E2 1 Hotels Fellow and received a grant to research policy and market mechanisms to scale the adoption of regenerative agriculture practices. His previous research has focused on electric vehicles, ecological rationality, wolf reintroductions, and theory of change. Jock is a member of the Flatirons Young Farmers Coalition and aims to become a volunteer firefighter in 2021. He is an avid musician and outdoorsman and lives in Boulder, Colorado.
