Harvard Law School’s Trump Administration regulatory rollback tracker
by Environmental Law at Harvard
The HLS Environmental and Energy Law Program is tracking environmental regulatory rollbacks of the Trump Administration. This table links you to pages that describe what’s at stake, current status, including litigation and court decisions, and history of the rule development and deregulation efforts for each rule listed. The table also identifies all open comment periods, and makes it easy to submit comments. We will be adding rules to this table and will keep the posts current, so check back or sign up for updates.
This tracker is a collaborative effort – thank you to everyone who has helped out! If you have suggestions for additions or corrections, or just want to let us know what you did/didn’t find useful about the tracker, please email us. To receive bi-weekly or so tracker updates please sign up for our list.
